Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Mobilizer located in Bhubaneswar. The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for engaging with community members, managing community relations, and fostering a supportive community environment. Daily tasks include organizing community events, addressing community issues, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders to promote community well-being.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Community Engagement and Community Management
• Experience in interact with students
• Ready to work in Ground level so must have vehicle to travel
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with community resources and support systems
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Communications, or related field
