KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Program Implementation & Community Engagement Ø Independently & with team conduct household and community visits for needs assessment, outreach, awareness, and rapport building. Ø Ensure every household is reached and engaged through regular field visits. Ø Mobilize women, children, and adolescents for education, health, protection, legal aid, and livelihood programs. Ø Facilitate group formation and strengthening of community-based organizations (e.g., women’s groups, children’s clubs, adolescent and support groups). Ø Conduct awareness sessions on women & children’s rights, Gender based violence, Sexual Reproductive Health Rights, protection laws, and access to services etc.. Case Management & Referrals Ø Identify, register, and manage cases of domestic violence, child abuse, neglect, and other forms of exploitation.
