As Community Manager, you won’t just “manage” players - you’ll create a thriving universe around them. You’ll be the bridge between courts and conversations, events and belonging, fun and impact. This is a founding team opportunity to shape the cultural fabric of a startup poised to define the future of sport, play, and connection in India. You’ll have: Ownership: Influence brand direction, lead initiatives, and help build the community layer of RallyGully from the ground up. Creativity & Autonomy: No red tape, no boring templates. You’ll work directly with the founders and help shape India’s next big lifestyle sports movement. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the soul of RallyGully. Your role is to engage, grow, and delight our player community - online and offline. Here's a glimpse: Community Building Own our community strategy - from WhatsApp groups to real-world connections. Keep the community buzzing with content, conversations, and quirky campaigns. Make every player feel like part of the gully, seen, heard, valued. Events & Engagement Ideate and execute community-first events - from local mixers to national tournaments. Celebrate all - organize women-only sessions, youth camps, senior citizen rallies, and more. Coordinate venue partners, players, and vendors for smooth events. Voice of the Community Be the feedback loop between our players and our product. Build genuine relationships - know our top players by name, and their favourite courts. Shape initiatives based on what the community loves (or wants more of). Growth & Content Collaborate with design/content teams to amplify stories from the ground. Experiment with creative ideas to scale player participation and referrals. Help design loyalty programs, ambassador programs, and micro-communities. Operations & Tournaments Be a key part of the team that runs India’s biggest pickleball tournaments. Handle pre-event buzz, player onboarding, coordination, and on-ground magic. What We’re Looking For You love people . You’re warm, proactive, and a natural connector. 1–4 years of experience in community building, events, marketing, or similar. Strong ownership mindset - you thrive in early-stage chaos and build without waiting for instructions. Creative thinker - you’re full of unconventional ideas and know how to make them happen. Passion for sports, recreation, or lifestyle communities is a big plus (Not required but welcome). Excellent written and verbal communication.
