Community Manager – Healthcare (Full-Time)

Location: Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Bathinda Belt (including 100 KM surrounding areas)

We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Community Manager to strengthen our outreach across key cities in Punjab, including Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Bathinda, and nearby regions. The role involves developing strong connections with healthcare professionals and institutions to drive referrals and promote organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to support regional growth.
• Establish and nurture relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals across the assigned territory.
• Actively generate patient referrals and maintain a consistent referral pipeline.
• Identify new business opportunities within the region and convert them into productive partnerships.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, outreach events, and promotional activities.
• Regularly monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and share insights with the management team.
• Maintain high standards of brand visibility, professionalism, and trust in the healthcare community.
• Ensure timely reporting of field activities, achievements, and market developments.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, or pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
• Strong ability to network with medical professionals and generate consistent referrals.
• In-depth knowledge of Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Bathinda, and nearby districts within a 100 KM radius.
• Must own a vehicle and be comfortable with regular travel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
