Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Manager at Cloudi's Pune location. The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the coworking space, engage with members, ensure a high standard of service delivery, and work to foster a collaborative and productive community environment. Additional responsibilities include organizing and hosting events, addressing member needs, maintaining the space’s ambiance and functionality, and supporting business development activities.

Qualifications

• Skills in community management, communication, and relationship building to foster a supportive and inclusive community environment
• Experience in event planning, coordination, and execution to facilitate engaging activities and networking opportunities
• Administrative and operational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in customer service and team collaboration to address member needs and provide high-quality experiences
• Working knowledge of marketing and social media platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
