Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Community Hub Coach to facilitate and grow our community engagement programs within Panchayath and Club settings. You will be responsible for fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging community programs. Build strong relationships with community members. Facilitate workshops and training sessions. Maintain accurate records of program participation and outcomes. Collaborate with local leaders and stakeholders. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Passion for community development. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in local languages.
