Role Description :-

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Engagement Coordinator located in Gangtok. The Community Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing community projects, working with underprivileged groups, and promoting project values. Additional tasks include coordinating community events, facilitating skill training sessions, engaging with stakeholders, and monitoring program outcomes.

Qualifications :-

Skills in Community Outreach, Networking, and Stakeholder Engagement

Project Management and Organizational abilities

Proficiency in Event Planning and Coordination

Experience in mobilization and Promotion

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Experience in community development or CSR activities is a plus

Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments

Bike is mandatory
