Role Overview

We’re looking for a technical and community-driven Developer Advocate to lead AI Square’s open-source engagement and developer ecosystem growth. This is an early-stage, high-impact role — you’ll shape how thousands of developers engage with AI Square, contribute to the open platform, and build the next wave of AI-driven experiences. Think of it as an educator, storyteller, and builder rolled into one: someone who can code, build demos, write, and connect with developers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Developer Advocacy & Community Growth

● Build and grow AI Square’s open-source developer community.

● Engage directly with developers building apps, APIs, agents, and AI experiences.

● Foster authentic relationships with open-source contributors, startup developers, and thought leaders.

Technical Content & Storytelling

● Create tutorials, blog posts, videos, and sample code showcasing AI Square Studio capabilities.

● Build and demo ingestion/distribution agents and custom AI Experiences.

● Speak at conferences, webinars, and online meetups to represent AI Square to global audiences.

Product Feedback & Ecosystem Influence

● Act as the voice of developers inside AI Square.

● Translate developer pain points into actionable product requirements.

● Advocate for features, APIs, and tools that make Studio development easier and more powerful.

Community Presence & Open-Source Stewardship

● Encourage contributions to the open-source AISquare ecosystem.

● Mentor community contributors and promote their work.

● Connect AI Square’s developer community with related ecosystems (Lang Chain, Crew, n8n, Hugging Face, etc.).

Qualifications & Attributes

Must-Have

● Strong hands-on development background (Python/JS/AI tooling).

● Experience with open-source contribution and/or community building.

● Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

● Ability to write demos, code samples, and developer tutorials.

● Passion for AI/LLM tools, APIs, or developer platforms.

● Startup mindset: adaptable, scrappy, thrives in ambiguity.

Nice-to-Have

● Existing presence in open-source AI/LLM ecosystems (Lang Chain, Crew, Hugging Face).

● Familiarity with LMS or enterprise SaaS developer communities.

● Prior startup or YC experience.

● Public speaking and developer advocacy track record.
