Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community and Sales Manager based in Panaji. The Community and Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, overseeing community engagement, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales initiatives. The role includes planning and executing marketing efforts, organizing events, facilitating training sessions for clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service to meet organizational goals. Collaboration with internal teams and clients will be key to success in this position.

• Strong community engagement and relationship management skills
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and lead generation
• Marketing and event management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to coordinate with teams and manage client relationships effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management tools
• Prior experience in HR or recruitment services is an advantage
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
