Job Description

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, working closely with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are efficiently managed. You will be expected to prioritize the facilities needs and strive for continuous improvement in the process. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the property's day-to-day operations and ensure all administrative functions are covered - Manage supply and service contracts approved by clients - Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans - Monitor the property's budget and ensure compliance with standards - Conduct routine service audits to maintain overall performance - Create stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports for clients Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in facilities management or a related field - Strong understanding of health and safety regulations - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks efficiently - Proficiency in budget management and vendor relationship In this role, exceeding client satisfaction is paramount. You will be expected to proactively address challenges, seek opportunities for improvement, and work closely with the team to achieve key performance metrics and service level agreements.
