Communications Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Graphic Designer who will work on diverse projects across branding, print, digital, and video. This role requires not just great design skills, but also the ability to communicate effectively with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure smooth project execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate directly with our team lead on all design projects from concept to delivery
• Create visually compelling designs for branding, print, social media, and digital platforms
• Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, take feedback, and manage expectations
• Prepare and present design concepts and revisions
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong sense of design, typography, and layout
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Cloud

  (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects / Premiere Pro is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills for client coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply)

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Motion graphics and video editing
• UI/UX basics
• Knowledge of print production processes
