About IshqME

Location: Chennai (Hybrid) | Brand: IshqME


A recently launched brand, IshqME is designed for the contemporary woman with international sensibilities and eclectic tastes. Just as in art or music, our designs know no boundaries and thus come in a myriad of shades right from elements of nature to far flung corners of the world.


All our designs, be it apparel, bags & jewellery are original designs inspired by women with global sensibilities. Bags are hand crafted mostly by homemakers who have made looking after their family a priority without giving up their own passion. The IshqME jewellery is made by Indian Karigars, which helps in preserving their way of life while creating pieces of global appeal. Each apparel piece is thus as unique as the women who adorn them, embracing their differences and imperfections with all that’s good.


We ensure that there is no compromise on the quality, which is on par with international standards. Who says that you save the best for last when you can wear it everyday!


What You’ll Do

- Lead the visual direction and design for all digital and e-commerce communication —

website, social, campaigns, email, and marketplaces.

- Create emotionally engaging and conversion-driven visuals that bring IshqME’s product

stories to life.

- Experiment relentlessly — run intense creative testing across formats, tones, and layouts to

identify what drives attention, emotion, and performance.

- Use AI-powered design tools (like Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.) to ideate,

automate, and scale creative assets.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and CRM teams to craft data-informed, customer-

centric designs

-Build modular templates and design systems that support fast, dynamic campaign rollouts.

- Stay ahead of fashion, design, and digital trends to evolve IshqME’s creative language.


What You Bring

- 6–10 years in digital communication design, preferably with a fashion or lifestyle D2C

brand.

- Strong portfolio across digital, e-commerce, and motion design.

- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-enabled creative tools.

- Strategic thinker with a strong visual instinct and commercial understanding.

- Passionate about blending fashion, technology, and design innovation.
