Team IshqME:

Team IshqMe is a set of passionate designers led by Deepa Mahadevan. Deepa is a versatile creative person with a career spanning over two decades. A person with a distinct sense of style, Deepa found a void in the fashion market for global merchandise with an Indian touch. She came up with a plan to fill this void by creating designs conferring to international standards of quality for the Indian woman who is young, bold, fun and free by birthing IshqMe.

Role Description

We're looking for a multi-skilled marketing professional with deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads, coupled with hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing. This hybrid role calls for someone who excels at campaign strategy, analytics, and optimizationcapable of independently designing, managing, and scaling media campaigns that drive measurable ROI. You'll navigate both the strategic and tactical sides of marketing, collaborating across teams and adapting quickly in a dynamic startup environment.

Key responsibilities:

?Plan, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns for Google and Meta Ads focused on sales, ROI, and growth objectives.

?Set up, monitor, and continuously optimize ad campaigns, including A/B testing creatives, targeting, and bids.

?Analyze campaign data, extract actionable insights, and guide strategy across all channels.

?Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and ROI models for weekly/monthly analysis.

?Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to align campaigns and solve challenges as they arise.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

?3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads, including campaign setup and ongoing optimization.

?At least 1+ years of e-commerce performance marketing experience.

?Proven track record of designing and scaling media plans that deliver strong ROI.

?Advanced analytical and numerical skills; comfortable working with large datasets.

?High proficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with BI or visualization tools is a plus.
