Communications Associate

As a Communication Associate based in Jaipur, you will be responsible for providing leadership support, project planning, and community engagement. Your role will involve managing calendars, drafting internal communications, preparing agendas, and concise reports to support the leadership team. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing the planning, logistics, execution, and follow-up of virtual and in-person events. Your ability to build and engage the community will be crucial, as you will be expected to create compelling content for blogs, social media, and newsletters to help grow the community. You will also be responsible for tracking engagement metrics, analyzing performance, and presenting insights to guide the communication strategy. The ideal candidate for this role should be based in Jaipur, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be a responsible and proactive individual who is ready to take ownership of your work and deliver results. While around 1 year of experience in communications is preferred, fresh talent with a passion for learning will also be considered.
