Communication Trainer

As a Process Trainer in a BPO environment located in Visakhapatnam, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Conducting new hire induction and process training for BPO employees - Designing and facilitating training modules, job aids, and SOPs for process learning - Coordinating with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and performance gaps - Delivering refresher sessions and upskilling programs based on performance trends - Evaluating training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and on-the-job performance metrics - Providing floor support to newly trained staff during the nesting period - Maintaining training MIS and ensuring timely reporting of training outcomes - Staying updated with process changes and ensuring timely communication to the team - Implementing training best practices and continuous improvement strategies Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Trainer in a BPO environment - Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills - Strong understanding of BPO workflows, customer service, or back-office processes - Experience in creating instructional material and delivering classroom/virtual training - Familiarity with learning tools, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to analyze data and suggest training interventions based on trends - Flexibility to work in shifts, if required Please note that the company is located in Visakhapatnam and offers a competitive salary of up to 9 LPA.
