Communication Manager

Note : This is a full-time, on-campus hiring for the Communication manager role. There is no salary bar for deserving candidates. Applicants must have prior work experience in EdTech and should be proficient in writing in both Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the communication strategy for admissions, student engagement, and lead nurturing.
• Work extensively with CRM platforms (Meritto, LeadSquared, or similar) to streamline communication workflows.
• Create, monitor, and optimize automated communication journeys (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications).
• Ensure timely and personalized communication with prospects, applicants, and enrolled students.
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to align messaging and campaigns.
• Analyze communication performance metrics and present insights for improvement.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and compliance across all channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a university or higher education setup.
• Strong understanding of CRM-based lead nurturing and student communication processes.
• Hands-on expertise in Meritto, LeadSquared, or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage).
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
