Join the Comms & Media (C&M) Industry Practice within Accenture's S&C Global Network (GN) team, focusing on serving clients in the Communications, Media & Entertainment industries. **Role Overview:** Accenture Comms & Media practice plays a pivotal role in developing value growth strategies for top-notch organizations globally, enhancing their offers, go-to-market performance, and organizational effectiveness. As part of this dynamic team, you will work on end-to-end projects, delivering management and technology consultancy to drive profitability, quality, and reliability for clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop expertise in domains such as Media Supply Chain, Media Consumption, and Media Revenue Growth to address diverse project demands of media clients worldwide - Lead delivery tracks of M&E professional services engagements in areas like OTT, broadcast, film, animation, and sports - Translate customer needs into business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications - Engage with stakeholders independently and lead small to medium-size teams in delivering management consulting projects - Drive innovation transformation programs, process enablement, and practice building initiatives - Support global sales efforts, identify potential opportunities, and contribute to proposal drafting in domain areas **Qualifications Required:** - MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 school and Engineering from a Tier 1 school or relevant industry experience - 1-15 years of experience in delivering end-to-end projects in Media & Entertainment Industry, focusing on video services, analytics, data monetization, and more - Strong understanding of OTT, Video Services, content supply chain, and value chain behind Media content - Proficiency in agile practices, agile-related tools, and relevant certifications (e.g., PSM, CSM, SAFe) - Experience in roles like Functional Business Analyst, Product Owners, Process Designers, Scrum Masters, Program Delivery Managers - Skills in areas such as Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Value Architect and Tracking, Communication, Problem Solving, Stakeholder Management, and Team Management **About the Company:** Accenture is a leading global professional services company, offering a wide range of services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations.
