Join our team as a Commodity Buyer! What You ll Do: Streamline Logistics Planning: Define, implement, and monitor logistics, supply, and delivery processes. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their requests and changes. Communication Hub: Act as the key interface between customers, suppliers, and the Proto Operations Manager. Forecast Management: Handle short to medium-term customer request forecasts. Delivery Compliance: Ensure adherence to daily and weekly delivery plans. Material Availability: Guarantee the availability of materials as per the monthly delivery plan and inventory targets. Production Scheduling: Participate in daily prototype production scheduling and set planning priorities. Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize costs for special transports and scrap processes. Customer Feedback: Lead the analysis of customer feedback (VOC) and implement improvement actions. Quality Documentation: Approve quality system documentation for logistics and planning processes. KPI Management: Directly manage KPIs for dedicated customers, including logistics incidents, OTTR OTTC, past due, DOS, VOC, inventory levels, excess obsolete stocks, and premium freights. What We Need: Experience: Minimum 3 years in Logistics or Supply Chain. Education: Bachelor s degree, preferably in Engineering. Knowledge: Solid understanding of production, logistics, and planning processes. Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency. ERP Systems: Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
