You will be joining SHIVA CHEMICAL & FLAVOURS PRIVATE LIMITED, a Raw Material Distributing Agent specializing in BAKERY, BEVERAGE, and CONFECTIONARY products, located in Kalyani Nagar, Cuttack, Odisha, India. Our company is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement. As a Commission Sales Associate based in Cuttack, your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. You will be tasked with managing client relationships, showcasing and selling products to customers, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will be expected to generate sales reports, stay abreast of industry developments, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements effectively. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a proven track record in sales, demonstrating the ability to consistently meet or exceed targets. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with the capacity to establish and nurture relationships. While prior knowledge of the mining and metals industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach, coupled with the ability to work autonomously, is crucial for success in this position. Furthermore, willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events is required. While a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, relevant experience will also be considered.,
