Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Commission Sales Associate. The responsibilities include identifying and contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable jewelry products. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and managing sales records and reports.

Qualifications

Strong salesmanship and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and communicate product details effectively
Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with sales software and CRM tools
