Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Delhi, India. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, planning and executing sales presentations, and closing sales deals.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management
Ability to conduct Market Research and develop Sales Strategies
Proficiency in Planning and Executing Sales Presentations
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools
Relevant experience in finance or compliance sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
