Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Srinagar. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting customers, maintaining product knowledge, processing transactions, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the sales floor, stocking products, and participating in promotional activities.

Sales and Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Product Knowledge and Technical skills
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
Teamwork and Collaboration skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift products as necessary
Previous retail experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
