Commission Sales Associate

The company is an inbound destination management company that is expanding into managing outbound corporate events. They are looking for a smart and enthusiastic individual to bring leads for outbound corporate events. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with the possibility of some work from home. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for tasks such as identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and nurturing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team. Additionally, the role involves compiling sales reports, staying informed about product details, and participating in promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a solid grasp of sales principles and customer service practices, the ability to meet and surpass sales goals, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, self-motivation for independent and team work, and previous experience in sales or a related field would be beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for this position.,
