Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, located in Surat. As a Commission Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, counseling clients on financial products, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include delivering presentations to potential clients, managing account portfolios, achieving sales targets, and staying informed about financial market trends to provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Sales and client relationship skills, including excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends
• Strategic planning and organizational skills to set and achieve targets effectively
• Self-motivated and result-driven with a proven ability to work independently while meeting objectives
• Previous experience in sales, finance, or a related field is a strong advantage
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline is preferred
