The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to drive company revenue. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with team members to optimize sales strategies and attending sales meetings and training sessions.
