Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Dehradun. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to prospects, and closing sales deals. Day-to-day tasks will include generating and following up on leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Proven sales experience in a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and technologies Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Show more Show less
