Your role as a Commission Sales Associate will be based in Jamnagar, offering a hybrid work setup with the flexibility to partially work from home. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around identifying sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable solutions from the product portfolio. You will also be involved in negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on industry trends and new offerings. Effective communication with the internal team is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Identify sales opportunities and cultivate client relationships - Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions from the product portfolio - Negotiate contracts and strive to achieve sales targets - Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings - Communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery Qualifications Required: - Proven sales experience, particularly in the manufacturing or metal components sector - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to understand technical specifications and client demands - Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools - Self-motivation, results-driven mindset, and excellent organizational abilities - Capability to work independently and collaboratively - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Background in Metal Precision Engineering Turned Components and Brass Electrical Components industry advantageous,
