Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Bikram. The primary responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting appropriate products. The Commission Sales Associate will also be responsible for negotiating sales contracts, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and providing market feedback to improve our services. The role requires active engagement with clients and potential buyers, along with extensive travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Experience in sales and customer relationship management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of agricultural food products and market trends
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
