Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Factory Manager. The Factory Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure effective production planning and control, lead and optimize production processes, and implement quality control measures. They will also manage resources, coordinate with teams to meet production targets, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management
• Experience in Quality Control and implementing quality assurance practices
• Expertise in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
• Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and ensure productivity and efficiency
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance in a factory setting
• Bachelor's degree , Manufacturing, or relevant field (preferred)
• Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role in food processing or manufacturing is an advantage
