Drive Growth: Run hands-on workshops, demo days, and campus events to recruit top talent. Optimize Success: Track cohort KPIs in our platform, troubleshoot roadblocks, and celebrate wins. Earn Commission: Get rewarded for each student cohort and startup milestone achieved under your guidance. 🎯 What We’re Looking For 1–3 years’ experience in product management, startup incubation, or campus programs Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to students and stakeholders Proven ability to lead teams and hit targets—bonus if you’ve worked on commission or sales models Passion for entrepreneurship and student empowerment Qualifications Product Management, Market Research, and Strategy Development skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in managing cross-functional teams Knowledge of Lean Startup principles and Agile methodologies Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in startup environments is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
