Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. The Commis Chef supports senior chefs in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build a career in professional cooking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients accurately.
• Ensure food is stored and labeled properly.
• Help with stock rotation and inventory.
• Follow all kitchen procedures and recipes accurately.
• Clean kitchen equipment and assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Support other team members during busy periods.

Qualifications:

• Basic culinary training or hospitality background preferred.
• 0–2 years of kitchen experience.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,477.68 - ₹20,000.00 per month
