Their duties include Placing Orders, Daily Inventories, Updating GRN’s & Issues. Overall Duties. The Store Manager is tasked to perform the following overall duties : ● Store Manager need to Plan, develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies by looking into the Current Stock Levels. ● Initiate the listing of purchase orders, posting of the said orders and conveying the same to the Purchase Department. ● Keep records of orders and supplies. ● Coordinate closely with the Kitchen department to check the Quality of goods that need to be posted for order. ● Review purchase orders and keep track of the delivery of said orders including the delayed delivery of orders. ● Send notification to Purchase Team for the delayed orders and incorrect orders. ● Communicate with Purchase Department to facilitate smooth purchasing process and prompt delivery of the goods. ● Update the GRN, Issues, Month End Inventories and Variance Report. Supervisory Responsibility The Store Manager is responsible for all the Stocks within the department.
