Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the culinary field. Key Responsibilities:Assist senior chefs in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. Support daily kitchen operations, including stock rotation and inventory checks. Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items. Receive and store food supplies properly. Learn and apply kitchen procedures and techniques. Report any maintenance issues or food shortages to supervisors. Uphold kitchen health and safety standards at all times.
