Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef [Continental] at The Wave Goa, located in Goa, India. The Commis Chef will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, cooking continental dishes, and using culinary skills to contribute to menu development. The role also involves working closely with the kitchen team and ensuring a high standard of food quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Strong Culinary Skills and knowledge of continental cuisine
• Adherence to Hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Effective Communication skills for team collaboration
• Creativity and innovation in menu planning and presentation
• Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting
