Role: Commis 1 – Indian & Tandoor
Primary Objective Support the CDP in preparing and cooking Indian and tandoor dishes, with a focus on consistency, speed, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in the mise-en-place (prep work) of gravies, marinades, and ingredients. ● Cook items on the tandoor and flat tops as per standards. ● Portion and plate dishes accurately. ● Ensure proper cleaning of equipment and storage of ingredients post-shift. ● Follow recipes and SOPs strictly. Required Skills ● Hands-on experience in tandoor operations and Indian kitchen work. ● Basic understanding of spice handling, marination, and grilling techniques. ● Ability to take directions and work independently when required.
Educational Requirements
● A qualification in Hotel Management (diploma or degree) is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
