Job Description

The Indian Hotels Company Limited is looking for Commi III to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commi III or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
