Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi III at our Bengaluru location at Kempegowda International Airport. The Commi III will support the kitchen team by assisting in food preparation, ensuring hygiene standards are met, and executing cooking tasks under the supervision of senior chefs. The role involves learning and developing culinary skills while contributing to the effective and smooth functioning of kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Possess strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to various culinary tasks.
- Knowledge and adherence to Hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations.
- Basic Culinary Skills with a passion for the food and beverage industry; prior experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage.
- Effective Communication skills to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
