Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Pastry professional to assist in the preparation and production of bakery and pastry items. The role involves maintaining quality, hygiene standards, and supporting daily pastry operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and other bakery items as per standard recipes
• Assist in decoration, finishing, and presentation of desserts
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and appearance of all products
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of the pastry section and equipment
• Assist in inventory management and minimize wastage
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Follow instructions and contribute to smooth kitchen workflow

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of pastry and bakery products
• Experience in cakes, desserts, and baked items preferred
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Attention to detail and passion for baking
• Willingness to learn and improve skills
