Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Commi Chef based in Lucknow. The Commi Chef will assist in food preparation and cooking while ensuring high standards of hygiene are maintained. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, supporting the culinary team, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and adhering to kitchen safety rules and guidelines. The role involves collaboration under the direction of senior chefs to deliver consistent and high-quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
• Strong Culinary Skills and a desire to contribute to a team-oriented kitchen environment
• A commitment to Hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail
• Formal culinary training or certifications are a plus, but not mandatory
• Passion for supporting sustainable and healthy eating practices is advantageous
