Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Indian Commi 1 at Baywatch Resort Goa. The role requires efficient and high-quality food preparation and cooking, focusing on Indian cuisine. Daily responsibilities include assisting in meal preparation, ensuring proper hygiene standards, and collaborating with team members to maintain kitchen operations. Additionally, the candidate may contribute to menu planning and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. This is an on-site role at the resort.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques, with a focus on Indian cuisine
• Strong knowledge of Hygiene standards and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
• Expertise in Culinary Skills, with attention to details in food presentation and consistency
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with the kitchen team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach
• Relevant culinary certifications or professional training are an added advantage
• Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
