Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Property Sourcing Executive located in Mumbai. The role involves sourcing and acquiring commercial properties, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with property owners.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, property valuations
• Exceptional communication skills to build and maintain owner relationships
• Recruiting abilities to identify and collaborate with new property partners
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of commercial real estate markets in Mumbai is highly advantageous
• Experience of at least 1 year in commercial property sourcing in Mumbai
