Commercial Operations Assistant

As a member of the Commercial department, you will be responsible for supporting the team in analyzing renewals and large strategic contracts. Your role will involve completing commercial analysts" requests within agreed timescales, ensuring accurate reconciliation between billing, cancellations, and commercial deal analysis, supporting procurement in ensuring correct costs are imputed, managing communication with key stakeholders, developing Commercial Deal Analysis, and updating internal databases as necessary. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring completion of commercial analysts" requests within agreed timescales and escalating when necessary. - Collaborating with finance to reconcile billing, cancellations, and commercial deal analysis. - Assisting procurement and the wider business in ensuring correct costs are imputed for deal analysis. - Communicating effectively with front-end teams and key stakeholders to provide updates. - Developing Commercial Deal Analysis based on templates, extracting main deal KPIs, and shaping deals for business objectives. - Updating internal databases as required. To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications: - Highly numerate with strong reporting and analytical skills. - Advanced Excel skills for analysis, report manipulation, and result presentation. - Attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize customer service. - Flexible approach to work and ability to perform well under pressure. - Positive and professional attitude. Desirable Knowledge and Experience: - Experience in commercial analysis and contracts within the IT / Telecoms sector. - Understanding of the IT / Telecoms market and technologies.,
