Commercial Marketing Specialist

As a Sales Strategy Manager, your role will involve working closely with Brand Marketing, Commercial, and Commercial Marketing teams to firm up the annual plan for the Off Trade channel. You will collaborate with the Zonal teams on channel segmentation and be accountable for driving Execution Excellence based on shopper insights to enhance velocity and help Zones achieve revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include assisting zones in delivering inputs, engaging with stakeholders on Category management work, and supporting negotiations for agreements on Visibility/Space and tracking identified KPIs of outlets. Moreover, you will conduct business review meetings with regional customer marketing teams, collect and analyze data, and communicate insights to other stakeholders for necessary actions. You will collaborate with CMD & Sr. Manager CM to develop and implement Perfect Store guidelines encompassing a visibility plan, promotional programs, planograms, availability & merchandising norms across touchpoints. Additionally, you will closely monitor the market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges, providing Gemba insights to stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be responsible for tracking A&P performance regularly, participating in periodic calls, and sharing inputs with sales & marketing leadership to redefine/fine-tune company strategy in alignment with market aspirations and competitor moves.
