Commercial Manager

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business prospects to increase revenue.
• Manage client accounts and build long-term business relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Manage risk assessments and ensure profitability across projects and contracts.
• Report on business performance, commercial KPIs, and growth strategies to senior management.
• Oversee tendering, bidding, and pricing strategies for projects.
