Role Purpose:


Lead growth and performance in commercial banking through market research, product development, sales strategy, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Create pricing models and manage innovative financial products (loans, cash management, trade finance).
  • Build strategic partnerships and manage key client relationships.
  • Develop sales plans, set targets, and support contract negotiations.
  • Monitor performance metrics to optimize business outcomes.

Leadership & Skills:

  • Lead teams, advise senior management, and drive operational effectiveness.
  • Apply lean process optimization and map customer journeys.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulations and commercial banking fundamentals.
  • Comfortable working independently and solving complex problems.
