Key Responsibilities - Assisting the commercial team in managing leasing and sales transactions for office, retail, and industrial properties. - Conducting market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activity. - Supporting in creating and maintaining property databases and client portfolios. - Coordinating with property owners, tenants, and internal teams for site visits, negotiations, and documentation. - Preparing property presentations, proposals, and leasing reports. - Ensuring compliance with company processes and legal/regulatory requirements in all transactions.
