Job Description
Manage all aspects of commercial and cost management of a project
Better understanding on the pre/post contracts management activities
Study the terms and conditions of the contract thoroughly and indemnity potential risks within agreed turnaround time.
Formulating first cut draft of the proactive and reactive communications to and against customer;
Ensure to keep copies of the executed contract documents ( tender, Purchase/Work Order/s, Agreements, Amendments, certifications, letters exchanged, emails, BG's etc) are kept and uploaded in the StarVault. "
