We are seeking an experienced Commercial Deputy Manager to manage end-to-end commercial operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, finance, logistics, and customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle sales order processing from receipt to execution, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Prepare and verify billing and invoices in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Manage taxation-related activities including GST compliance, documentation, and coordination with finance/accounts teams.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for dispatch planning, transportation, and delivery tracking.
Ensure proper documentation for dispatch, billing, and statutory records.
Monitor and follow up on customer payments, maintain ageing reports, and coordinate for timely collections.
Resolve customer queries related to billing, dispatch, and payments in a professional manner.
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and commercial procedures.
Prepare MIS reports related to sales, billing, logistics, and collections for management review.

Education :

Any degree

Experience :

Must have 7 to 10 years of experience in Commercial Dept.
