Commercial Assistant

Job Summary

Commercial assistants perform many different administrative duties and are essential for keeping the day-to-day business of company going forward as planned.

Responsibilities and Duties

• To understand the background to the objectives and the detail of the commercial strategy and plan.
• Maintain and update the commercial database.
• To process invoices in SAP.
• To answer the department’s telephones when necessary taking messages or responding as appropriate.
• Update the Daily production reports on routine.
• Stock Inventory
• Shipment Billing and Invoices.
• On daily reporting to the heads regarding commercial activities.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 2 Years Experience / above hands on experience of Coordinating Domestic Dispatch.
• Good Knowledge of SAP (Material Management).
• Understanding of Packaging & Storage requirements.
• Statutory Requirements of Logistics.
• Preparation & cross checking of dispatch documents like Invoice, Delivery Challan based on the Purchase Order.
• Knowledge of finished goods inventory.
