Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Image Colorist to join our design team, specializing in color enhancement, color correction, and visual styling for static design projects, social media graphics, and production client materials. This is a pure design role focused on image enhancement and color treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform color correction and enhancement on photographs and digital images for client projects
• Apply color grading and stylistic treatments to social media graphics and marketing materials
• Enhance product photography and lifestyle images for various campaigns
• Create consistent color palettes and mood boards for brand projects
• Collaborate with graphic designers to maintain visual consistency across all design deliverables
• Work with production clients to achieve desired aesthetic and brand color requirements
• Retouch and color-correct images for print and digital applications
• Ensure color accuracy across different output formats and platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for color correction and image enhancement
• Strong understanding of color theory, color harmony, and visual aesthetics
• Experience with photo retouching and image manipulation techniques
• Knowledge of color profiles, color spaces, and print color management
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand color consistency
• Portfolio showcasing color correction and image enhancement work
• Good communication skills for client feedback incorporation

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in graphic design (strong advantage)
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and other Creative Suite applications
• Understanding of photography and lighting principles
